Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or for made-to-order items. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships.

Shipping rates

• Affordable Shipping. Rates Calculated at Checkout.
• Standard shipping within Canada and the United States: calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
• Expedited shipping: rates shown at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times vary by product and destination. Your available shipping option and estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout.

Exact rates and shipping options for your address are shown at checkout. These are estimates only — carriers may experience delays due to weather, high volume, or other logistics factors.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Available shipping options, costs, and applicable estimates are shown at checkout.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (when provided by the carrier). You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days. For items damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Returns and refunds for defective or incorrect items are also covered in our Refund Policy.

Address changes & cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
