Thank you for shopping at Good Deal Superstore. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed on our website.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotions, or for made-to-order items. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships.
Shipping rates
- Affordable Shipping. Rates Calculated at Checkout.
- Standard shipping within Canada and the United States: calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.
- Expedited shipping: rates shown at checkout when available.
Delivery estimates
Most orders are delivered within 3–15 business days, depending on the product, supplier, destination, and shipping method.
Exact rates and shipping options for your address are shown at checkout. These are estimates only — carriers may experience delays due to weather or high volume.
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Canada and the United States only. Orders to other countries cannot be completed at checkout. Shipping rates and delivery estimates for eligible addresses are shown at checkout.
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information (when provided by the carrier). You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact us within 7 days. For items damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order. We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
